I have been using this essence both personally and with clients for years now and have found it to be incredibly effective in supporting personal boundaries. This blend of flower and gemstone essences is a great ally for people who work in the public sphere, need some extra support at family gatherings, take public transit, have to visit someone at the hospital, and I could just keep going on – you get the idea.  This essence supports firm boundaries and helps deflect negative energy while also allowing you to keep an expansive and open perspective. I would add this to the water system if I could!

Suggested Use: Take 1-2 drops under the tongue as needed. Add to water bottle and therefore be engaging with it all day long. Add to a mister bottle and use before going to work.
