Shipping policies
We pack and ship orders the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month. We are a small business and thank you for your patience as we get your order ready.
All orders are sent via Priority Mail through the US Postal Service.
When your package is shipped, you will be sent an email with your order's tracking number. At this time we only ship domestically.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We make every attempt to fully and accurately describe all of our items. If for some reason you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can try to work something out. If we agree that returning an item is appropriate, Nightingale will issue a refund (less the cost of the original shipping to you) as soon as we receive the returned item. We cannot be responsible for the cost of return shipping or for items damaged in transit.
Gift Cards
Normal in person sessions are $75 per visit unless we have a financial hardship understanding. Any gift cards purchased can be counted towards that fee. Telephone or video chat sessions are being offered $25-50 for 20 minute sessions. Costs of herbs or supplements will be separate. Thank you!
